Over many years she has invested into various strategies and sectors such as Medtech, Biotech, Private Credits, Edutech, E-commerce and Sustainability. Sri is also active in the start-up community in Singapore particularly in the start-up ecosystem of NUS Enterprise where Sri has invested into a couple of start ups and assisted in their fundraising activities.
Sri has held various leadership roles outside of her corporate life. She served on the Board of CFA Society Singapore and is currently co-chair of its Networking Committee. With over 25 years in the Finance and Banking sector in Canada, Japan and Singapore, Patrick has most recently worked as a Director of Oaks Family Office Pte. Ltd which is a Licensed Fund Management Company (LFMC) in Singapore for over 14 years, from 2004 to 2019. During this time he managed and oversaw various aspects of the company’s business including financial, operational, regulatory, risk management, legal, audit, compliance and tax matters. As a member of the LFMC’s Investment Committee he evaluated all investments from a commercial and risk management standpoint, and also conducted due diligence on direct investments and external fund managers.
Patrick has held various positions within a number of the direct investments. Most notably, he served on the Board of Directors of a Cambodian bank in Phnom Penh, in addition to being alternate chairman of the Audit Committee to the Bank. In another start-up, he also served as a Director of a finance (factoring) company in Singapore and was a member of the Credit Committee. In 2003 he was Co-founder and Director of a retail digital and marketing platform which was successfully implemented in one of the largest malls in Singapore. In 2004 he also co-founded a Singapore restaurant business which grew organically to 5 outlets, and generated a peak annual revenue of over SGD 6 million..
Prior to this, Patrick held a variety of roles at a number of multinational companies. He was the Managing Director of Asia Consulting which was a boutique risk management consulting firm that focused on regional banks within SE Asia. He was also Japan country manager of Sungard – ePI which is a banking software solution based in Tokyo where he was responsible for the company’s P&L and overseeing the day to day operations of the company. In Singapore, Patrick worked for the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC) and Banque Paribas in Operations and Controls. In Toronto, Canada, he worked for the Royal Trust Corporation as an analyst in the Commercial Real Estate Finance division of the bank.
Patrick holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toronto, Canada where he earned a double major in Commerce and Economics. He also holds an MBA from Southern Illinois University, USA.

Pankaj brings an interesting combination of experience in the Corporate and Startup Innovation ecosystem. He earned his Undergraduate degree in Metallurgy and Materials Science from the National Institute of Technology, Nagpur, one of the most prestigious Engineering colleges in India. Additional to his Corporate experience, Pankaj has started and successfully exited one Healthcare startup in India and one Renewable Energy Networking group in New York, USA.
Pankaj has been mentoring and investing in Deep Tech startups since 2017 both individually and through his Deep Tech Accelerator, EthAum Venture Partners. Since founding EthAum Venture Partners in 2018, Pankaj has supported 90+ Deep Tech startups from various geographies such as USA, Hong Kong, Israel, SE Asia, and EMEA and sectors such as BFSI, ESG, Smart City, Retail, Industry 4.0, and PropTech. He has been a speaker, panellist and judge in various startup competitions hosted by World Blockchain Summit, Intelligent Health, SWITCH, Enterprise Singapore, IIT Startup Founders, IGIC and Unicorn Events.

Paula Williams Madison is Chairman and CEO of Madison Media Management LLC, a media consultancy company with global reach and 88 Madison Media Works Inc., a media production company, both based in Los Angeles.
A highly sought-after public speaker, Madison has received numerous honors and awards, including being named one of the 75 Most Powerful People in Corporate America by Black Enterprise Magazine in 2005, and included in the Hollywood Reporter’s “Power 100.” In 2013, Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti appointed Madison to the Los Angeles Police Commission, where she served as Vice President until 2015. Given Madison’s Chinese ancestral roots, and her tireless efforts in elevating Asian culture in the US, she was recognized as one of the Outstanding 50 Asian Americans in Business in 2014.
In 2011, Madison retired from NBCUniversal where she was Executive Vice President and Chief Diversity Officer and a company officer of GE which was the then-owner of NBCU. Madison was on the executive team which successfully attained Congressional approval for Comcast to purchase NBCU from GE.
From 2000 to 2007, Madison was President and General Manager of NBC4 Los Angeles. She was also Los Angeles Regional GM for NBCU’s Telemundo TV stations. From 1996-2000, Madison was Vice President and News Director of NBC4 New York. Her career as a journalist also led to a 1996 Peabody Award for NBC4 New York’s investigation, “A License to Kill.” As NBC4 New York’s Vice President and News Director, she led the station to #1 ratings in all newscasts, for the first time in 16 years. Under Madison’s watch, NBC4 Los Angeles earned numerous Emmy, Golden Mike and Regional Edward R. Murrow Awards.
Madison is executive producer and subject of “Finding Samuel Lowe: From Harlem to China,” a compelling documentary that chronicles her journey to her maternal grandfather’s homeland in China and the reconnection of her nuclear family with his 300+ descendants. HarperCollins published a memoir of the journey, “Finding Samuel Lowe: China, Jamaica, Harlem” in April 2015 and Shenzhen Publishing (Shenzhen, China) issued two Chinese editions of the book beginning in 2016. The Chinese Ministry of Education in 2018 placed the book on its recommended reading list for high school and college students.
Madison is a principal owner of The Africa Channel, the longest-running independent, minority-owned media company which presents pan-African content to US audiences. An investor, mentor, founder, and Board member of medtech and healthtech companies, Sidney co-founded, invested and mentored a number of startups in the biotech and healthtech space.
She is currently on the boards of several bio/health tech companies, advising on business strategy, product-market fit and supply chain for southeast asia. Sidney co-founded several healthtech companies that have grown into multi-country operations in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam. She spent much of her time traveling around the 6 ASEAN countries to interact with local teams and involve herself hands-on in understanding the respective markets.

After spending 10 years at the Agency for Science Technology and Research (A*STAR), Sidney transitioned from executive founding CEO role at DxD Hub to an advisory role at A*STAR in November 2023.
While at DxD Hub, she is founding co-Lead of the ASEAN Diagnostics Initiative to spearhead ASEAN-wide collaborations, and continues to be actively involved in health innovations translation in South East Asia. Sidney was inaugural lead of the Diagnostics Co-Operative of the Programme for Research in Epidemic Preparedness And Response (PREPARE). While in A*STAR, she also founded A*STARTCentral, the first life sciences incubator in Asia, which has incubated and supported many biotech and medtech companies.
Sidney is also Adjunct Associate Professor at the Centre of Regulatory Excellence (CoRE) at Duke-NUS Medical School. During her leadership, DxD Hub and CoRE jointly developed training modules for total product development life cycle for medical devices. Prior to A*STAR, Sidney co-founded several healthtech companies. She was also Deputy Director at NUS specialising in entrepreneurship and enterprise development. While at NUS Enterprise, she was the pioneer to start the first incubator with the SPRING Singapore.
During her tenure at EDB Investments, she specialised in early-stage investments in genomics, drug development and medical devices. Some of her investment portfolio included Paradigm Therapeutics (acquired by Takeda), and Vanda Pharma (Nasdaq).

Kartika Prihadi leads Cisco’s Partner Sales and Routes to Market in the Asia Pacific, Japan, and Greater China (APJC) region. He is responsible for developing and enabling the growth strategy of Cisco’s APJC partner ecosystem, including distributors, global strategic partners, independent software vendors (ISVs), systems integrators, and resellers. In addition to nurturing existing partner relationships, Kartika is also responsible for building the future partnerships needed to deliver compelling value to customers.
Kartika leads a cross-functional team that collaborates with close to 10,000 partners across the region to drive simplicity, ensure alignment, and create value exchange with the partner community. Kartika sees his role as a true advocate for partners, representing their needs across various organizations at Cisco and ensuring partners and customers remain at the center of Cisco’s APJC strategy. As a member of Cisco’s APJC senior leadership board, he works closely with Global Partner Sales to scale global channel models to the APJC region, driving business growth across all market segments.
Before this, Kartika was the Managing Director of Enterprise Networking for APJC. He led the Enterprise Networking specialist sales teams and is responsible for the growth of Cisco’s core networking business and for driving customer and partner adoption of the latest software-defined networking technologies.
Kartika has been with Cisco for 14 years in different parts of the business and is no stranger to Partner Sales, having previously led Cisco APJC’s portfolio of partner programs and our Partner Transformation strategy and execution for the region, where he built a strong team that helped us drive market leadership across key segments. Before leading Partner Programs for the region, he was Director of Commercial Sales for APJ and Director of Strategy and Planning for Architectures and Enterprise.
Kartika joined Cisco from the Boston Consulting Group, where he was a Project Leader in the ASEAN practice. Before going into consulting, he also worked as a design engineer in the semiconductor industry and holds six patents in chip design. Kartika has an MBA from MIT Sloan, MSEE from UC Berkeley, and a BSEE from Carnegie Mellon.

Darmono is the Founder and Chairman of JABABEKA Group which is the only private sector company to successfully develop 2 Special Economic Zones in Indonesia: Tanjung Lesung and Morotai. Linda previously held leadership roles in various divisions in the EDB including the International Business Development Division which spearheaded Singapore’s regionalization initiative in the early 2000s, the Services Development Division, the Industry Promotion Division, the Precision Engineering Cluster and the Infocomms & Media Cluster. From 2000-2001, concurrent with her responsibilities in the EDB, Linda was a member the Singapore team that negotiated Singapore’s Free Trade Agreement with Japan which was signed in January 2002. She was the lead negotiator for the Investment Chapter of the Agreement.
From 2009 -2011, Linda was seconded to the JTC Corporation, another statutory board under the Ministry of Trade and Industry, responsible for the planning, promotion and development of Singapore’s industrial infrastructure landscape. She was the Director of Corporate & Strategic Planning at JTC for two years before returning to the EDB at the end of her secondment where she then led the Global-Asia Programme Office as Executive Director, until 2017. The Global-Asia Programme was an inter-agency initiative led by EDB and MAS, with the collaboration of GIC and Temasek.
